Ski Personality:
The softer flex profile of the Lotus Tour 117 enhances its ease in deep snow compared to the in-bounds freeride design, allowing it to surf effortlessly even on the softest terrain. This ski’s wide platform provides the buoyancy needed for the deepest days you’ll ever have in the backcountry.
Powder Touring Weapon:
Built for powder-focused ski touring, the Lotus 117 Tour is your ticket to untracked stashes and long descents. It brings float and uphill efficiency together in one uncompromising package. The early-rise rocker and pintail design help you plane quickly and stay centered in variable snow, allowing for both long, arcing turns and tight, responsive slashes. On the uphill, the lightweight construction conserves energy so you can go farther and get more laps in.
Born from our legacy of powder ski shaping.
At its core is the proven Pagoda Tour CFL layup, featuring Carbon Flax construction with a lightweight paulownia core, offering the weight savings demanded for backcountry travel without sacrificing downhill performance. A tapered pintail shape and generous rocker profile complete the design, making this ski a true standout in deep, soft snow.
Carbon Pagoda Tour CFL Core Construction:
CFL (carbon flax) laminate weaves organic flax fibers within pure carbon construction. Flax has incredible damping properties, and the addition of the flax plant fibers helps to reduce torsional chatter in the ski, resulting in a smooth ride even on hard snow. Because the longitudinal fibers are carbon, the ski remains energetic and strong even at their light weight. Carbon flax laminate ensures superior stability and suspension, proving a responsive ride through any terrain.

The legend of DPS Powderworks:
Powderworks skis represent a space that allows for cutting-edge creativity, progressive shapes, and experimental R+D efforts. Unrestrained by traditional ski construction, these designs are born from a fleeting moment on a memorable chairlift ride—then slowly brought to life in the R+D lab beginning that very evening. A small batch of Powderworks skis are built for core members of skiing’s culture whose lives revolve around their next epic powder turn.
