Refund & Return Policy


All purchases are eligible for our 60 day return policy unless specifically identified on the Exception List below. Our policy lasts 60 days from the date of your purchase. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. Exception List of Non-returnable Non-refundable Purchases:
  • Gift cards
  • Tickets to special events (i.e. movie premier screenings)
  • Sale/Clearance items that are discounted 50% or more


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment as soon as possible.

Late or Missing Refunds:

Even though we expedite all refunds, please note it may take some time before your refund is officially posted with you financial institution. There is often some processing time before a refund is allowed to post. Please contact us at anytime during the refund process if you have concerns or questions about your refund.

Return Shipping:

You are responsible for paying all shipping costs related to returning your items. You must use a trackable shipping service on all returns to ensure we receive the package. Mail returned items to:
