Icelantic MAIDEN 108 Ski

Introducing: The brand-new, redesigned Maiden 108

For the 24/25 Season, Icelantic is introducing the brand-new & redesigned Nomad + Maiden Freeride Collections. Despite being nearly unchanged over the past eight years, they decided that for the 24/25 season, it was officially time to give the highly-decorated and best-selling Nomad + Maiden Freeride lines a serious facelift.

Your Maiden 108 is here, and she is better than you could ever imagine. She’s beautiful, she’s stable, and she’s possibly more fun than you bargained for. What’s not to like? Whether you are bounding through champagne pow, blasting through the remnants of the morning’s powder panic, or storming steep bumps, she is there, she is confident and she is more than capable. Her solid platform, supported by carbon running tip to tail, quickly eats up any otherwise unforgiving inconsistencies in the snow. All the while her minimal camber and light swingweight (thanks to our new FLY-cap construction) make it easy to slash turns and farm face shots. Your powder legs may not be ready, let alone your bumps legs. So 108mm may not seem like a powder ski, but designed with easy floatability in mind, the Maiden 108’s generous rocker in the tip and tail will keep you out there from bell to bell without reminding you that you always skip leg day. Your powder slaying Maiden awaits.

Icelantic MAIDEN Video Review:

MOUNTING GUIDE

Every Icelantic Ski features a BC-I mark on the left side of the ski next to the serial number. This is our recommended “Boot Center” mounting point for the majority of skiers who want to be the most balanced over their ski.

Our new 24/25 Freeride Collection (Nomads and Maidens) also have a PC-I mark. This is our recommended freeride mounting point “Progressive Center” and should be used by people wanting a more neutral stance. Being closer to the camber height gives the ski more natural pop and balances the swing weight of the ski. This is where you mount your skis if you want a maneuverable, poppy, all mountain jib stick to accompany you as you jump and stomp every feature on the mountain.

Every Ski also features a CC-I mark. This is the “Core Center” mark and should only be used for those looking for a true center mount. This mostly applies to park skiers and otherwise should mainly be used as a reference.
